What I know to be true.

We immerse ourselves in nature because it feels good, really good.

To get away, to be in the fresh air, to explore new areas.... but once we leave,
  • how do we hold on to the peaceful feeling?
  • How can we spark the memory of our time there?

I happen to paint beautiful depictions of these special places in unique one of a kind paintings.

I have a limited collection available for you to choose from.

These pieces are a limit of (1) making them an extra special gift for someone, or perhaps to hold onto yourself.

Watercolour paintings.

If you live locally you might recognize this scene.  I'm standing in the tidal flats looking east to Mount Baker.  Boy oh boy, what a day that was.  Crisp sea air, clear skies and the reflections in the pools of water were wonderful.

Porteau Cove

That beautiful provincial campsite tucked just below the highway as you make your way up to Whistler.  It's magical there.  #porteaucove

Rolley Lake

Just outside Mission BC.  A gorgeous Provincial Campsite with a crystal clear lake.  These watercolours were inspired by the setting sun as it danced across the calm waters.  The tree watercolour captures the dancing light as it meanders through the lush undergrowth and trees.

Testimonial from a client:
Did you receive your painting?

Yes, I did, and I love it!!!!  It is perfectly beautiful.  I pick it up and just look at your amazing talent.  The painting format is so charming.  Everything about the painting is stunning.

I was nervous as I opened the package because I already knew that it would be fabulous.  I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to purchase one of your creations.  You are so thoughtful about your art.

The frame is so well done.

I have been looking at your other small works.  I hope to purchase one more soon.

Thank you a million times,
Marian Clark
