Honestly, this is stunning. The complexity of the pink hues that define the shapes and fluttering edges of these petals is amazing. The depth and nuance that you see and feel within this flower take your breath away. The frame of foliage around the edge beautifully frame the flower and give you a context for the gorgeous pinks. This piece I painted without the grey scale underpainting that I often employ. I'm thrilled with the result. I do hope you enjoy it as well.
